PÓŹNO wines are made amongst friends on Kaurna country, McLaren Vale, in the Blewitt Springs sub-region. Natural wines that take the long road.

The grapes are sourced from organic vineyards from the Vale, Adelaide Hills, and the Fleurieu Peninsula, while the wine is crafted without additions.

During stints working with the good people of the Borachio winery, the PÓŹNO wines came to life in seeking out new parcels of fruit from nearby growers, before claiming squatter’s rights over a corner of the shed. A beautiful grey area.

The debut 2021 range was released after resting in bottle for some time, and the wines continue to be expressive and dynamic with every release, intended to walk the line of clean style, purity and balance.

PÓŹNO. It’s Polish for late. And the wines are always worth the wait.
